1. Visit https://mahafest.bigcityexperience.com/how-to-redeem and enter your Reward Code, Name, Email-ID (optional), Mobile Number & Submit.
  2. You will receive an OTP via SMS/email, enter and proceed further.
  3. If you have won Rs. 500 Myntra GV, you will receive your gift voucher within 24 business hours which can be redeemed at partner’s app/website.
  4. If you have won Rs. 50 Paytm Cashback, your cashback will be credited to your Paytm Wallet within 24 business hours.
  5. In case you have won, Branded Laptop/ Speakers, you will be required to upload a copy of Address Proof (Electricity Bill/ Mobile Bill/ Driving License/ Voter ID) and Identity Proof (PAN Card/Aadhar Card/School/College ID Card) for verification and further processing.
